Background
The
Institute of Financial Accountants (IFA) is one
of the world's leading accountancy organisation.
The Institute of Financial Accountants was established
in 1916 and is the oldest body of non Chartered
Accountants in the world. It represents members
and students in more than 80 countries, providing
qualifications for those wishing to work in financial
management and continuous professional development
for qualified Financial Accountants. The Institute
sets technical and ethical standards for all their
members.
IFA
entry requirements
There are a number of entry routes which take
into account previous school leaver and graduate
qualifications and allow you to study for the
IFA qualification, provided you are 18 or over.

By 30 April - for June exams

IFA exam dates
There are two exam sittings each year:
- June
- January
Registration with IFA
All students who wish to sit IFA examinations
must:
1. Register as a student with IFA
2. Register to sit specific exams with IFA
(You will be sent an exam entry form once you
have registered with IFA). Please ensure that
you have chosen the variant that corresponds with
that taught by LCES.
Enrolment
on LCES course does not register you with IFA.
